I’ve ordered from Dunkin Donuts before without an issue, but this time will be my last time ordering delivery. I don’t know if Dunkin has a specific time when they stop serving certain breakfast foods or not but it certainly seemed that way when I opened my bag.

I go to this place ALL THE TIME. Never once have a gotten what I ordered. I always order avocado toast with no seasoning and bacon. I never get it. It’s always wrong. I’m so tired of not getting what I pay for especially cause the bacon one is extra.

Terrible service and quality. There was loose sugar packets in my ice coffee. They didn’t offer any help or refund and said they can make me another. Check your drinks!! There is usually trash in them. If I could rate 0 I would. Manager refused to give me her card I believe her name was Viviana. This place is a legit health hazard and Viviana is at the forefront letting it happen.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten exactly what I’ve ordered even 1 time. Randomly they will be out of donuts, egg sandwiches, espresso, whatever. Their register/”system” is constantly “down” and that often means they can’t/won’t fulfill my whole order, which why those 2 things are related makes no sense to me. I’ve ordered drinks with extra cream and there is hardly anything in there and I’ve ordered drinks with less cream/sweetener and it was basically coffee flavored milk. The training is inconsistent, they have a ton of staff turn over, and I’ve never once had a manager or anyone “in charge” explain why there’s (again) another issue with my order or something they can’t fulfill. They often close early unannounced and never follow their posted hours. The app still allows you to order and there’s now been 3 times where I’ve placed an order and driven to get it and it’s completely dark inside. If you can go to literally ANY OTHER dunkin, go there instead. How this place is still operating is amazing to me.

Vivian and her employees are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. And for no reason other than they think they can treat paying customers like trash because they hate their job! I will never go back here. On top of that they throw donuts in bags and the icing is all stuck to the bag rather than on the donut. They never provide napkins. Their drinks taste horrible and are never as ordered.

Rough week!!! Monday morning (10/7) they were clearly understaffed and I had to wait 5 minutes or so to get my Mobile ordered coffee. Tuesday morning 10/8 I had coffee grinds in my coffee I had to strain my coffee with a paper towel when I got to work. Today 10/9, I walked in to grab my mobile order that was placed 5 minutes prior & 3 employees were standing around chit chatting. Neither of them knew my order came thru until I grabbed my straw & just stood there in front of the mobile pick up shelf.

I have gone there many times since they have opened and I always order a latte with whipped cream. And go to the window and they tell me they have no whipped cream. Then once in a while , I get mini bagels ,which is two , and I only get one. I really do not recommend this location. The person at the window is very nice.. but the woman taking the order today was very loud and abrasive.

If I could give no stars I would. Thee most horrible Customer Service I have ever experienced at any dunkin donuts. Rude and unprofessional staff that work at this location, young ladies that have no business working in customer service. Extreme rude thru the drive thru for no apparent reason and had an attitude at the window even though they didn’t ring our order up correctly. We explained the error and asked that they correct one of our drinks. They were again annoyed, left us waiting intentionally, then gave us the drink. This interaction made me feel uneasy to even drink the beverage. I hope management reviews this feedback and follows up taking appropriate action, obviously training is much needed or recruitment of stronger more professional staff. Needless to say I will not go to this location again even if I need to travel further down route 70 to have a much better experience, better service and product quality.
