Pregnant and can’t stomach much more than sandwiches. I’ve been ordering from here a lot and the food quality and customer service are poor. The icing on the cake is I have gotten my turkey sandwich with no turkey on it twice. I actually don’t understand how someone can make a turkey sandwich without turkey and not realize they may be forgetting something. The last time they messed it up, I called and told the employee there was no turkey on my sandwich. He said, “Are you sure? Because I made it.” I have no clue what him making my cucumber and cheese sandwich had to do with anything, but it turns out despite him having made it, there was still no turkey on it. This place needs to get it together. Hangry.

Went during the lunch rush on a weekday. Ordered ahead, but arrived a few minutes early. I appreciated being acknowledged while I waited and then informed as soon as it was ready. All staff were very friendly and very clearly working hard and fast! I will return for the good customer service alone.

Great experience. Large carryout mobile order. Took just over a minute per person if i had to estimate. Everything was correct. And tasted good. Staff even offered to help carry the items out. It wasn’t busy so that may have had something to do with it but still a good job!

Overall, tastes like all the other Jimmy John’s there are. Customer service is awful. Tall guy at the register is very short with you and talks way too fast to understand. Girl that made my sandwich looked like she was on drugs; her eyes were rolling back, she was swaying, she couldn’t grab a sticker and my sandwich is wrapped messier than it usually is. If you’re looking for good customer service, which should be a top priority with your food, go somewhere else.

Ordered Turkey Tom w/dijon mustard. Opened the bread- 3THIN slices of turkey, 3 SMALL tomatoes and so little lettuce it couldn’t be seen – and NO mustard whatsoever! Totally unacceptable and boring—- Subway I’m coming back!! JJ is a boring sandwich even if made correctly. Wish I could post a picture – pathetic!

I went in and was promptly taken care of. Life was okay. Then sat down in a booth that was super shaky and loud and I just settled for it. One bite into my sandwich (Beach Club) and I realized it was missing cucumbers. They fix it in a not so very friendly matter but I look past the error. I sit down and take another bite to realize there’s no guac. Then when I inquire if I was even charged for the right sandwich, a girl got really rude with me and told me I’d be charged extra if I wanted guac on it. Was dining in but so upset and frustrated that I packed up and left. Will not be back. Not to forget that the last time I was in, their meat tasted like it went bad (which is why it took me a few months to put my standards aside and try it again.)

So very sad to inform that I’ll never be going back to this customer UNfriendly location. I came in to buy some subs for the office ($65) and I asked for a plastic tray to place the sandwiches on. The so called “owner” said he couldn’t hand me a plastic tray unless he charged me. I said then “cancel my order” and sure enough, they threw away my subs rather than giving me a tray to bring to my office. Man, I wish I could explain how badly that makes them look. I told him I’d also never return AGAIN. Must be nice to be so rich you can just piss on customers like that.
