I don’t even need my 10% off as Benitos on Carroll lake is amazing! My family does an online order weekly and you guys and gals up there know your pizzas!! Best pizza place in MI! Staff is always friendly and eager to help! Always a pleasant experience!

Great pizza! Been going here for years. At night if I order pizza it’s usually different, doesn’t taste as good as if I order it in the morning. Too much cheese, very thin crust. Employees are fabulous enjoy seeing them!

I was just in there and was given a hard time just because I only wanted 1 slice of pizza. I have been there before and never had a issue for buying 1 slice. Apparently they didn’t want my money! So needless to say I walked out and will never go back in there again!

Never in my life have I ran across anyone so rude as you go to tell a worker u will call him back with a card number and as you are giving your name worker slams phone in my ear .Than I call back ask for a manger and he defends his worker .I have been a customer for many many years parties events ect and I will be reaching corporate as call was recorded what a horrible manger.

My family loves the big Benito, but the one we got today was cold and wet. Not crispy like before and when I called to talk to the owner he knew the pizza was delayed and cold but sent it anyway. He had nerve to call me ‘sweetie’. Won’t order from this new ownership again.
