Cold hands- Warm-
I’ve been going here for two years now w/ my elderly cousin, we stop here at least once a week. I just made my LAST stop to this Burger king. I was there on June 5th, 2023 at almost 3 p.m. and ordered myself and my cousin a couple of cheese burgers, and 2 sm. fries, and one sprite. I got the food, and stopped where we always stop to eat it, and open the bag to find ALL OF THE FOOD ICE COLD. Cold burgers and cold fries. I ate it because I was really hungry BUT ILL NOT EAT COLD FOOD AGAIN. And the sodas here taste funny. This isn’t the first disappointing experience here but it’s close to home and convenient so that’s why I stop here. But NO MORE! I’m done with this BK permanently. You guys need to shut down. Who serves people ice cold food!? Well my cousins pitbull liked it, I gave her an ice cold burger, she liked it. I guess if your looking to feed DOGS this is the place to go! Now I know why my father tells me “don’t go to that one they aren’t any good!” Well, lesson learned! See ya! P.S. if I could give lower than one star I would. Probably a -8

Then when I went to give my card they had the wrong customer pulled up and was clueless to my order. Then once I got my food drinks was unmarked and food was cold, even the fries were not filled up. While looking at my order at the window making sure what drink is what they had them overfilled and told to pull up so the person in drive thru can come show. No do it right the first time. Do better for real like i would really mark 0 stars if I could !!!!
