They closed an hour early and left tons of people just waiting in line. The girl didn’t even have the balls to say that they were closing. We were trying to ask and were completely ignored. Get some employees that know how to treat people with basic decency. I can’t believe how rude and childish they were working tonight. Fire them. Boo boo Dairy Queen!

Great ice cream treats! Terrible waiting in line outside in the hot sun. Need inside dining/ordering options terribly bad. The only option is dirty/sticky picnic tables outside in the elements or sitting in your car. In need of total restaurant updating.

Went to dairy queen tonight to get the kids an ice cream cone. We were standing in line and were told that they were closed, as we were walking away an older Hispanic couple walked up to the window and the younger Hispanic girl working took their order and served them (even though they were closed). I returned to the window to place my order and was confronted with a terrible attitude and told again that “we are closed” and was still not served. Beware of the racial bias that certain employees seem to have at this establishment. I used to love coming here but this experience has completely changed my view of this establishment and I will not be coming back.

Ordered a fry and chicken basket, waited 12 minutes and they gave me two fry’s. Got the order fixed and waited another 5 minutes. Food seems good till I realize they forgot my ranch, whatever, I bite into my chicken and it’s frozen. I don’t know how one can mess up this badly.
