We got wings and eggrolls. Worst decision ever. Food was totally burned to a point that cannot be eaten by how bad tasted the burn food. SEE THE PICTURES. This was a carry out order and we called to notify the incident and complain. They tried to explain that they use a darker oil, so food will look darker, but they offer to make a redund. Just checked my account to find out that we only got a partial refund for food that you couldn’t eat. Done waste your money!!!!

Worst wings and customer service we’ve ever had. None of the six of us finished our food as it was all over cooked and too tough to eat. That was the least of it however. The customer service was terrible. We had ask for service and finally had to walk back into the kitchen to ask for a waiter only to find all the employees sitting around on their phones. Even with that, the service we finally did get was some of the worst we’ve ever had. We had a gift card for $50 but they only wanted to honor it for $20 until we had to dispute it. Thankfully we had the purchase receipt or they would not have given us full credit. We will for sure not be back, and would warn against this place. Save your money and go somewhere else!

We had ordered 2 20 boneless wings, chicken tenders, chili, and waffle sweet potatoes. they came wrong. they came as bone in. over cooked, sauce is eh, chili was not bad, tender was dry. At least it came warm but that’s only good thing. Especially for the price I paid.

I agree with the other reviews. Got naked wings to take out, and they were burnt, tough, and inedible. I had these wings many times before at the Sterling location, and they were perfect–crispy skin on outside and juicy and tender on inside. I was too hungry to drive all the way back, and it probably wouldn’t have helped. They apparently have not made any effort to fix the problem at this new location, and I will not be getting wings there again!

We typically do the Purcellville location. 1st. Issue they got the order wrong and for carry out were missing some items and didn’t let us know until we arrived. 2. Issue is the food quality. The wings and sauce are awful. Night and day difference between Purcellville. The sauce is basically just watered down butter and the wings are over fried. Hard to eat.
