The product was good but going through the drive up window, the card scanner is so hard to read cause it needs to be tilted to see and setting in a car you really have to tilt it and the associate at the window says unfortunately I can’t tilt it anymore. I think it’s time to move on with us scanning our own card or let’s upgrade to a more user friendly card reader for the customer. Nobody looks at their phone flat you always tilt it to see it better.will not use the drive up again until this changes. Oh and also the employee was getting upset cause I could not read it and wanted it tilted more.

Something for everyone, even people who don’t traditionally like coffee because it’s too bitter. Skip the drive-through line and use their app. Order to pick it up in-store and place it right before you get in your car to drive there. It’ll be ready to go and you won’t have the crazy wait. Plus you can earn free upgrades, snacks, and drinks with their rewards program. It would be 5 stars but the prices keep going up and almost $7 for a drink is pretty expensive in my book. Blended mochas are amazing!

Wow! Both mine and husbands coffee was fantastic!! The lady working drive thru was wonderful and super patient as this was our first visit and answered any and all questions without getting irritated. Espresso shots had a wonderful flavor! (Should have asked what beans they were using) and the syrup flavors were perfectly matched so.the flavor of esspresso wasnt drowned out. Needless to say cant wait to go back to get my coffee fix!!
