I should have known the minute I walked in when there was no team members around and another gentlemen was waiting in the line and wasn’t being helped. After about 5 minutes a team member came out of the bathroom and the manger came inside from talking to a friend. Fine, if the unit is short staffed that’s fine I get it. However things continued to worsen. The sweet tea was out and when I asked the manager if she could either make some or let me know how long it would take. She rolled her eyes, walked to the back room came out with a large cup of sugar and duped it into the unsweetened tea and mixed it without gloves. (After her coming in and cleaning up after her children that were there.) NOTE, I don’t care that her children were there, times are tough and babysitting is expense these days. Let’s say I just drank water. After sitting down, two bites in I noticed a VERY long black hair in my food. Pictured. After brining it to her attention she seem unbothered and didn’t even bat an eye. She didn’t offer a refund, or restoring my rewards, or anything. She simply barked at the guy to make my food again, but obviously my appetite was gone. Let’s say that the “ranking” they were talking about, the health department should stop in and really see how things are here.

I’m not mad I’m just irritated… I ordered a rice bowl, CUP queso and a kids meal. Why is there seven forks in my bag? Why is my CUP queso half full. Wait wait heres the best part. I got less than half a bag of chips that I supposedly have to split between my rice bowl and Queso and my child was given spoiled milk. Just great, right?

In general I love Moe’s, but from this place a very long piece of hair was in my food, I had lost my appetite and the meat was cold. I feel all businesses that require food should be wearing hair net. Although thanks to the other workers for remaking my food, but I will not be eating from this Moe’s no more

From the time we walked in the customer service was awful. As we stood in line to order our food, the gentlemen that was making the food just stared at us. Never asked us what we would like, so we finally initiated our order. The workers were too busy conversing with each other to pay attention to what we were ordering. Once we received our 4 meals, I noticed that one of our meals had only 5 whole chips. After we sat down to eat, we tasted the guacamole and it was so bitter. It completely ruined the taste of the burrito. While we were eating we noticed multiple employees filling up their drink cups and playing on their phones, then going back to serving food without changing gloves. At one point, one of the men behind the counter exchanged vapes with the customer (who I assume he knew) when he was done ringing her order up, he walked her food out to her car and proceeded to stand there and vape and floss his teeth. While he was outside, another female employee walked passed the food counter vaping and exhaling it on the food. When we walked outside we noticed the sign on the door stating no smoking(including e cigarettes) which was ironic because the only ones in there smoking were employees. We will never return to this Moe’s location

My husband and I along with my son went in there to get some lunch and a employee by the name Josh was making my husband food and everything was fine until Josh asked my husband is we are eating there, my husband said yes and I in returned said no I want to go home and eat and that’s when Josh lost his mind, cussing and yelling, then he pulled chicken out to put on his grill and he slammed the container on the grill and when he slammed the container it broke everywhere and continued to cuss. That was completely ridiculous and uncalled for. One there were people in there when all this happen. On top of that there might be some plastic container on that grill that is cooking the chicken. The two ladies that was behind the counter was very apologetic for Josh.

It is good but lacking some important flavor and food was not that hot either. Salad didn’t look that fresh. The portions are big though and come with a basket of tortilla chips and as much salsa as you want.

Don’t waste your money. Go 1/4 mile east to Chipotle. The portions are INCREDIBLY small for the inflated price, not to mention almost cold. The staff was courteous and the store seemed clean, but not worth the money. The guacamole (for me personally) had way too much lime in it. I would say the chicken in the burrito bowl was good, but they didn’t put enough in it for me to really taste it. Swing and a miss……
