For my money, this is probably the best spot in town to grab a little Japanese food and a beer! I have been 4x over the last several months and left beyond satisfied every time. The tuna tower is epic, and even if it doesn’t look huge in the photo, once you mix everything up, it fills up the bowl it’s served in and was quite filling (and tasted incredible)! The volcano roll was excellent, and I think my favorite thing on the whole menu is the chicken karaage, because you get an absolute MOUNTAIN of crispy on the outside, moist on the inside fried chicken served over rice with spicy mayo, and it’s so good I’ve ordered it twice!

If you are visiting Sanford or anywhere near it, Suishi and Seoul is worth the drive! Like get in a car right now and go! Everything on the menu is fresh, made to order, and utterly perfection! You’ll find well defined flavors paired perfectly together to create the best suishi rolls, poke or stack bowls, wings, and cucumbers you’ve ever had. Order 1 of everything so you don’t regret it later.

Visited for the first time for lunch. It was very quiet and we got our bowls pretty quick. $17 for the tuna poke bowl was more than I expected, but that’s kind of the case these days… anyway, gorgeous presentation and delicious!

I’ve been here before in the past and got a simple bento box with a spicy tuna roll. But the day I went I decided to try something new and I’m so glad I did. I got a roll and an item called the “avocado tower” and I had no idea how big it was going to be. Massive “tower” of rice. Krab. Spicy tuna. And avocado with eel sauce and spicy Mayo topped all over.
