I have visited this location several time before & have always gotten hot food & good service. However today I came with my children to get drinks chicken stars & a large cup of ice water & the employee (I will not share her name out of respect for her & the establishment despite her lack of professionalism) was so short, rude & disrespectful. Maybe she was having a bad day who knows but as a former service worker these things tho hard must be addressed.

I went through the drive though today and when I pulled up to the speaker there was no one at the speaker and after waiting 5 minutes I said hello to the speaker multiple times with no answer at all. Not a “I’ll be with you in a moment” or anything so after another 5 minutes I pulled up to the window to order instead and the woman have the excuse that they had a big order, but that doesn’t mean you couldn’t have acknowledged me at the speaker. And then they made me pull to front and wait another 10 minutes for my order in the parking lot. And then didn’t even bring me my entire order.

Worst customer service ever. Missing an item called in to let them know not a Im sorry about that. Was told I wasn’t charged for it. Still upset and was told the person probably didn’t hear me when she clearly asked me if I wanted the sandwich only or combo. Won’t be back for sure. Customer service matters if they would have simply said I’m so sorry let me see what happened.
