I was driving along the road and saw this food truck sitting and running with no customer. But I was hungry and Fish n chips sounded good. After waiting for it all to cook. I was truly amazed! The flaky batter and fish were cooked perfectly and the addition of fry’s finished off this dish. I walked away stuffed and I still have fry’s!

This place may be a simple food truck, taking orders and then letting you have a seat in your car until your food is ready, but once you dig in, everything is exploding with fresh flavors of catfish, prime jumbo sea shrimp, and some fresh Cajun seasoned fries to tie it together with the usual seafood condiments. Everything here tasted amazing and there were no regrets once digging in.

Tried the calamari and it had no flavor. It was quite bland and had a very frozen flavor but the sauce was good. It wasn’t marinara but it was fine.
