Just ordered El Pollo Loco they didn’t give any sauces for the double tostada salad missing 2 churros no dressings. We’re eating tostada salad with no dressing rip. Worst packaging ever. I’ve seen the best delivery packaging in Korea get some help from Korea. Update had to pour in Tajin because again no sauces or dressing.

I go to this location often it is close to my gym I go to.. This is a great location. The staff is very friendly and they get the food done pretty quick.. In general the food at El pollo loco is very delicious.. And I really enjoy the fact that they are one of the last food places that have an actual $5 combo menu. With a drink included. I highly recommend El pollo loco and I highly recommend this location.. also it is conveniently close to Walmart.

Food was OK but why is there no cheese on ANYTHING? No actual sauces except diced onions and tomatoes and some green sauce. What happened to NORMAL salsa or any variation? Service was fast and good. No salsa bar which is disconcerting. Sorry, not enough to pull me back.

Rude female employee named Tykah! Too busy playing around and gossiping with other co workers she wasn’t paying attention to what I said. I then asked was my receipt in the bag and she cuts me off and say yes it is and closes the window. I sat there and waited for her to return because my receipt was not in the bag. She then opens it and I said “I just asked you was my receipt in the bag” she then goes “Oh okay I didn’t hear you say nothing about a receipt” with such an attitude. I then told her don’t give me your attitude and she laughs and closes the window. She don’t need a job at this point because she is rude as heck. Tykah is the worst employee I have ever came across, don’t get ghetto on me because you’re rude!!!

Pick up order took 30 minutes after we got there. No one in line or seating area. One customer came in and no one helped her or acknowledged her and she walked out. Rude staff when we kept asking what is going on. Store smelled like a sewer line burst. We like the food though.

Horrible experience. Waited in the drive thru for over 30 min. Food was old and nasty. It seemed like there wasn’t enough workers. Out of basically everything. Unacceptable. I won’t go to this location again. I honestly want my money back. $24 down the drain and I could barley eat the food. Double chicken salad had 3 pieces of chicken.
