Drive thru takes forever, about 20 mins a car. Not just one visit but every visit. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but I saw several cars give up and leave because of the wait. Once you get though the drive thru they have you pull around and wait for your food. Might as well go to a dine in restaurant, it would be faster.

I asked for lemonade without ice, the guy made me with ice, at my request to make it without ice, he said that the lemonade is coming with the house already? I don’t think he would have said that to a Native American, this is discrimination, then it also turned out that there was no cheese in both burgers, although I asked for cheese, with such a favor they gave me 2 pieces of cheese. I placed a dine in order through the app but when we arrived at lunchtime the doors were locked. The drive thru was open but the line was crazy long. We begrudgingly got into the line which moved incredibly slow. The only reason it moved at all the first 5 minutes we were sitting in it was because 2 cars in front of us left the line and drove away. We finally made it up to order and let them know we placed an order through the app. By this point it had been over 20 minutes since we had placed the order. They had our order ready for us when we pulled up to the window but the food wasn’t fresh. Our order was correct but the onion rings tasted like they had been microwaved, the tomatoes were mushy, and there was no syrup in the Coke! I did not discover this until we drove away and the drive-thru line was still ridiculously long and the doors were probably still locked so there was nothing I could do about it. Very frustrating.

In the mornings, you order, pay at the window, then sit in the parking lot waiting for your food. It could take up to 10 minutes, they say they are waiting on eggs, but there are 4-5 cars, why aren’t eggs ready?
