Stickball Special
Provolone, ham and salami. Ordering a #2 with salami instead of cappaculo became a mouthful for some of our hungry customers, so we gave it a name and a number to call its own. The Stickball Special comes with provolone, ham, and salami and truly knocks it out of the park.
Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

Everytime I go here I ask for a number 26 on white with FRESH JALEPNOS and every single time I go they forget it like I don’t understand how hard it is. Some employee takes my order and he doesn’t think to tell the other employee whose the one making it, that this guy has a special request for his sandwhich…?

Filthy dirty store. I even commented that it looked like a tornado flew through there. I asked for fresh lettuce because the lettuce in the bin was brown, the kid refused to offer me different lettuce. So I bought a sandwich with no lettuce 🙁 The lettuce was about gone and it was totally brown. Then I pay for the sandwich with my credit and I didn’t tip him in that transaction cause i had cash in my hand to put in the tip bucket, but he quickly turned and walked away without a thank you. I did tip him…find a different job don’t work as a server if your goal is to not care about quality. I’m not a complainer and have never posted a negative response on line. This time I couldn’t help myself because he blatantly told the lettuce was fine but it was flipping brown!

These guys were awesome! We actually had an issue with a sandwich from a different location and yet they were incredibly professional and happily resolved the issue even though it wasn’t their mistake to begin with and the correction far more than exceeded our expectations.
