Went to get a dozen Donuts for the fam and I go inside to place my order(major mistake), I was met with what I thought was a sane worker. I proceeded to tell her my order (2 items), she immediately walked off saying somebody else is going to have to take this white boys order. I wasn’t expecting that type of response, usually I get “yes I got your order” but it’s 2023 and everything and everyone is violence/victim type behavior. All I wanted was some donuts. I still don’t know what caused her behavior and the employee that took over for her looked just as mystified as I was. He apologized for her behavior but I told him it’s greatly appreciated but needs to come from her. Be careful if you come here anything you say could cause this employee to have an outburst, something usually reserved for small children inside their homes.

I love this Dunkin location!! I drive 15-20 minutes to come just to this location because it’s the best one and is always so accurate with my order. I’ve never once had a bad order and my drink is always perfect! They are also so kind and accommodating. Want to give a shout-out to Keke who made my day, she was so sweet and felt bad I had to wait for my food order (which I don’t mind cause the food is always good). She was apologetic when she didn’t have to be and was so lovely to interact with her. Thank you so much for always making my day when I come, brings me a little joy when the work week is grueling♥️

I wanted 1/2 dozen donuts, but was informed that they were out of every flavor except 2. Seriously?! So instead, we ordered 2 muffins, and 3 breakfast sandwiches. HUGE MISTAKE! The muffins were old, and tasted like they’d been frozen and reheated; several times! To make matters worse, EVERY ONE of the ridiculously overly priced breakfast sandwiches were burnt, yet the egg on one was half cold. How does that even happen?! Needless to say everything went in the garbage! $34 later and the ONLY semi-decent things were the 2 coffees we got. DO BETTER DUNKIN!!!!

5/13 @ 8:30 . Very dissatisfied, asked for sweet bacon croissant they gave me regular bacon. Asked for a refresher it was disgusting because they put it in tea and I hate tea & just learned they were supposed to ask if I wanted lemonade & hash browns were super dry. Morning ruined

I am a regular customer, and today they went above and beyond. Great service and a hot pumpkin muffin out of the oven. The team member that made my coffee was super friendly. I came in just for coffee but I ended up buying 4 muffins because they had just come out and the offer for oven fresh pumpkin muffins was to tempting!

They have an employee working that was no self control and just came short of causing an altercation, but she did manage to hurl baseless accusations. Her fellow employees looked embarrassed when they were apologizing for her behavior. I’ve never seen someone like this in the workplace, especially work that involves customer service.
