The food was obviously good but nobody who was prepping food was wearing any gloves, the prep who was handling the lettuce was grabbing it with his bare hands and the woman in the back didn’t have any either. I told the cashier, and he got somewhat defensive when I said it was weird. His response was they wash their hands often and they have plenty of customers who come back. Mentioning it if it’s something that matters to others, myself I’ll be back to eat there and try something other than the chicken bowl.

Their tee shirt says “best lamb in town” but what you don’t realize is the 7 hour process DOES make it the best in town. I got the lamb bowl and it’s so much food I have at least another meal for take away. Having traveled a lot, I can say this is the place I will stop at every time I swing thru Kensington, MD.

This is a great place to eat! Our food was delicious and so fresh. We ordered the lamb wrap and a chicken wrap. The pita was soft and warm and the chicken juicy and delicious. I was really impressed. Our only issue was with the parking, there is only one spot for the shop on the end of the building. We weren’t sure if we could park behind the building or not. Aside from plated orders they also had prepared ingredients you could buy and take home (olive oil, dried figs, tzatziki). We will be back soon for sure!

A cozy restaurant and a welcoming staff. Maybe the food is too authentic for us, the 7 hour lamb was just too lemony. The poutine fries seemed to have changed to crinkle, but really great gravy and cheese. The Talia chicken wrap is good but we might have been too full to appreciate it, we’ll have to try it again sometime. The pork tacos were good too, similar to the lamb but not lemony

My husband and I just visited Talia’s Cuzina and we’re so impressed! They offer great service and delicious food. We arrived at 6:40 and they close at 7, but they were so accommodating. They told us not to rush at all and gave us some savory brisket to sample while we waited for our entrees to come out. I prefer the Spaghetti Pesto Pasta with Chicken and it was flavorful – the sun dried tomatoes added the perfect burst of flavor! My husband ordered Talia’s chicken wrap and it was refreshing – the basil added a unique twist to the flavor. The bottom line is if you want excellent service and AMAZING food, this is the place for you!!!! We will definitely be back!

We’ve lived in the area for nearly two years but just discovered Talia’s. We’ve seriously been missing out! We’ve tried the Montreal chicken and pesto chicken sandwiches, the kalamata salad, and the Greek potatoes. Everything was amazing! I wish I could make chicken the way they do because it’s so flavorful. We can’t wait to try more from them!
