Stopped by for a late lunch/early dinner and ordered a three piece meal original recipe. Service was quick, the chicken was hot and fresh. The sides were just as good. Probably the cleanest dining room I’ve seen in months.

Love the food and usually quick service but when I say it seems like every employee at this location hates their life I mean it, never seen anything but indifference if not outright rudeness going through the drive through. Made the mistake of asking how someone’s day was one time and got a blank stare with no answer. Not sure what’s going on but someone should check in here.

We went to get our online order, that app says it was ready and it wasn’t when we got to the restaurant. Waited over 20 minutes. Went to ask if the food was ready again and this employee lady was very rude replying. This specific employee had a very bad attitude. We didn’t get her name but She have braided hair and dark skin. A bit chubby. Raising her voice and rolling her eyes. Telling us we can cancel our order if we can’t wait, even after we waited over 20 minutes. App says it was ready around 6:15 but we didn’t get the food around 6:40 and it was not busy at all. One other customer was waiting for his food too for a while. This was on 7/2/23 around 6 pm. Employee with attitude like hers should not be serving people at all.

I pulled up to the drive-thru, and nobody answered so I ran to see if they had someone at the counter one door was locked the other was open so I went in there. had a way 10 minutes until summer figured out how to start up the cash register. you have excellent advertising on TV, wanted to try the mac and cheese bowl which was 6,000 instead of $5 like on the commercials no problem but it was half cooked. not a good business model I will not be going back

The restaurant was very fast with our order . The chicken was very good along with the sides. I was a little disappointed with the two kids meals we bought for my grand kids. The chicken pieces were very small and mostly coating, kids didn’t like them at all, and the kids meal seemed over priced for what they got.

Ordered a Chicken sandwich box (chicken sandwich + chicken nuggets)…Instead opened my box when I got home to see I had paid $18.26 for 4 tiny mediocre chicken strips (mostly bread w not much chicken) they forgot my dip too. It wasn’t even busy. I was the only one there. Should’ve gone to Raising Cane’s.

This place is definitely horrible. We ordered our food and it was missing 3 pieces, we went back and the Manager on shift not only lied, but she was rude. she lied and said she counted the pieces her self, well we were missing 3 pieces. We will never go back there again. We try hard to support local restaurant and fast food just to help them stay open. For sure we will never buy from this place. They need to have better customer service. they really deserve zero stars.
