First I went to the drive thru to order a coffee, they told me they didn’t have coffee. the person who served me made fun of my accent. I didn’t know they speak Spanish and I can’t go to a place speaking a language when I’m in another country. enter the store to see Because they didn’t have coffee, a Macdonald without coffee seemed strange to me. then they told me that they had to prepare it that it took 4 to 5 minutes and I told them that I would wait for it. I think the manager or owner should review this staff.

Certain foods ordered have to much or not enough condiments the service isn’t the best as employee’s are more concerned about personal conversations than interacting or acknowledging the customer. Most the time the have you pull over to make the order and sit for what seems like forever and even then the employee is more concerned with their cell phone and the icing on the cake is the order isn’t correct half the time.

Ordered a McDouble and 6 pc. With sweet and sour. Barely a line and was asked to park for them to bring it out. Had to sit for extra two minutes to wait and they forgot the sauce even though it was on the slip. Cares too much about Drive Through numbers and less about customer service. Avoid.

Tried multiple times, all fails. You will wait at the drive through 15 minutes with no line ahead of you before someone answers the intercom. Not sure what they are doing. You will then be served by very rude employees who will pretty much throw your order at you. This McDonald’s needs training on customer service. Plenty of options nearby, avoid this one.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald’s ever. It is ridiculous how long the wait is at the counter just to place an order. I don’t think they realize they are there to work but hold conversations with each other. The orders are always messed up. Prepare to be ignored while they tend to Drive thru orders and your luck will be no better there. The fact they continue to stay in business baffles me. This place needs a major overhaul and training on customer service. I will not ever return!

This location implored the use of their keyos/ customer interface. It took a while and was some what intricate to navigate through. Many items are consolidated in areas. And finalizing payment can be tricky. A representative was nearby to assist patrons. After you get a number and sit down at your table. The area was clean and someone was cleaning very efficiently. No more than 5 minutes a woman brought our order to our table, and retrieved our number. We had a 20 piece meal and a 10 piece buttermilk tender meal, which is filling. Make sure you get that signature sauce. We took what we didn’t finish for the ride and 2 pumpkin pie cakes.
