Went through the drive through. Ordered fish and shrimp dinner and didn’t get the shrimp. Ordered a fish dinner and ordered cole slaw instead of fries. Got fries, no slaw. Fish was so hard we could barely eat it. I like things well done and I thought it was way overcooked. I live in Aurora and didn’t want to take back. I tried calling numerous times, but no one picked up. They probably get a lot of complaints and don’t answer on purpose.

The dining area was actually OPEN. I visited the restroom, aaannd it was nasty. I uploaded 3 pictures. The cook, aka grizzly Adam’s managed to fix my order without any hair in it! The food was good and sizes of chicken proper. They just need to clean up, oh no napkins available either. Had to ask for. Enjoy

The food is good, the fries are even better, but the management is horrendous. I went in at 7:55pm to by Long John Silver’s fish and shrimp platter. The person working the register said they weren’t serving LJS food because of short staff. I counted 4 people standing in the kitchen not doing anything. Thanks for nothing! I’ve tried to visit during regular hours and the store says closed despite multiple people there. I’m just one person who seriously loves LJS. What a let down by this location.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever seen in my entire life nobody smiled they didnt great me unless what do you want is a greating the kid literally sighed so hard when i said for here that i changed it to togo and sat in the parking lot attempting to eat the so called food they gave me the bread to the chicken littles was hard and not chewy like it was supposed to be the mashed potatoes and gravy was so far passed the cut off to serve someone as well As the tenders were im going to say the same cause they were more like kfc original recipe save your money go somewhere else trust me you will thank me if you do and be saying that girl was right if you decide to stop here anyway

I just got to work after going to the drive through and went to eat and this was what I got with my 4 piece meal. Two legs about 2” long and two thighs that are dry and look like they have been in the warmer all day long. The WORST experience I’ve ever had!!

Oh boy. Should have read the reviews. Dropped $30 on a 12 piece bucket and I haven’t had KFC in a while as I try to eat healthy on the road. KFC is pretty standard across the country and internationally. However this KFC is the worst I’ve ever had, Tokyo the chicken was immense, London standards were up to scratch with LA the same where I live, and across the USA no problem but this place…… Well the chicken been sitting under heat lamps for quite some time the skin was nasty and dripping with grease, the oil is filthy and you can taste it, no seasoning, dry and some rubbery chicken, I felt like an apology was in order to the life taken to then disrespect that’s chickens body to this level. Probably should have realized it was gonna be a bad call when I stood there and the two people at the ordering desk had their back to me for 5 minutes while one had a nervous breakdown over something and then just walked away and sat in a booth while I stood around, $30 I paid for the sorriest chicken I’ve ever eaten. I’ll probably never eat KFC again to be honest. Just a depressing place, depressing food and bad vibes. You would be a fool to pay money for food here.

During our 30min drove i read a lot of reviews about this place And I’m disapointed to say all the negative reviews about how dirty this place is couldn’t be more accurate. This place was disgustingly dirty. Food crumbs and trash laying everywhere. It took me a few mins to find the cleanest dirty table to sit at. Fortunately the food was hot, fresh and delicious. We stood on line a reasonable 5min, waited for our food for a short period and then enjoyed our meal despite setting around the filth. The entire time we was in the building (approx. 1hr) i only seen a lady attempt to clean for maybe 5mins. The problem is, the lady taking food orders is the same lady responsible for keeping the lobby clean. She didn’t have time to do both jobs. The counter was busy enough to not give her any time to clean. Resulting in absolutely disgusting lobby. The photos posted below are just a couple of the dirty tables and I’m telling ya 80% of them looked similar.
