I come here every time I work at a location near here and I usually love it. Service is great. People are nice everybody’s sweet, fast service, but today was different all of the employees working today were disrespectful. I walked up and they said oh God and when I said, I don’t know if I wanna eat here because I really wasn’t sure what I wanted yet the lady was like thank God. Very loudly very clearly. If you don’t like your job, you don’t have to work there. I get it some people can get really rude customers but I was not rude in anyway and I didn’t deserve that.

The girl at front counter with the tattoo on her face will make you never want to come back here. While asking about my order she was mumbling and talking away as if she was annoyed just by being there or that they were getting customers at 11 in the morning. Not to her, honey if you don’t like your job go do something you love, if not leave your personal problems at the door.

Food was prepared quickly. Staff were personable and the cashier even suggested something to save me a little money, which is always nice. Very clean location. Unfortunately, there isn’t a drive thru and prices are a bit more than other Taco Bell locations. It is convenient though.

Young girl at counter just now was slightly rude because we walked in at 10:05am (Google say opens at 10:am) asking if they were open. She said “no they not ready in the back”. Actually she mumbled it and we had to ask her to repeat herself. So I am guessing someone didn’t show up to work today. This rudeness tends to be the trend at Tacobells but I keep trying because I don’t like burgers. We couldn’t wait because we are OTR traveling.

This location’s prices are significantly higher than most TBs; in some cases the prices are double what they show on the app for nearby locations. When I visited, they also forgot ingredients to several things I ordered, including items I paid extra for.

When I lived in Columbia this was not the nearest Taco Bell (that was the awful Broad River location), but it was the one I frequented. I’m seeing reviews about the prices being higher than normal, and I don’t think that’s the case anymore. If they are higher, it must be for items I never got. The customer service was consistently excellent (except for the very last time I visited before moving, where the clerk literally, literally didn’t look up from her phone as she took my order- honestly kind of impressive). The orders were pretty much always right, and the food looked like it’s supposed to. No real complaints here (aside from maybe a smaller drink selection, but meh, they have Baja.)

Severely disappointed with the pricing. Taco bell a beefy 5 layer was once $.99. Now after tax is $3.12? C’mon now. Taco Bell was a go to for good eats at a decent price but to be honest I’d rather have paid 6 cents more for 3 cheeseburgers at McDonald’s. I suppose an email to corporate wouldn’t even help considering the blatant corporate greed of such places. Making a few sandwiches at home is now my favorite option due to the ridiculous prices of any fast food. Plus I’ll die slower from eating homemade sandwiches rather than your ridiculously overpriced burritos. I once was THE biggest Taco Bell fan. Now I will do EVERYTHING in my ability to make sure everyone I know doesn’t frequent your restaurants. As a matter of fact I’ll offer them a homemade sandwich that’s healthier than anything on your menu for $.99 and make the $ back from your overpriced garbage.

This is the most expensive Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Didn’t buy anything. Grande meals here are $16 before taxes. They are $10 everywhere else. This is an issue. A $6 increase because your at a truck stop. This is bloody highway robbery, literally. Will not ever stop here again. The owner should be ashamed.

This location is price gouging. Their deluxe cravings box is $12.53 typically under $8.00!
