We went in yesterday to eat lunch and we ordered a 10 piece hot wings & a medium pizza at 1:18pm we didn’t get our food until 2:10pm and we didn’t even get a medium pizza it was a small! The sauce was watery the pizza was over cooked and the wings were cold and gross! The blonde waitress lady with the tattoos was very nice and caring but she was the only one even trying to help us. Everyone else would just ignore me.

Pizza has always been good but the only reason I gave it a 3 is because I use a online coupon for large stuffed crust pepperoni for $12.99+ranch but & taxes of course & and charged me like$19.99 give or take a few pennies. Big difference last time got the same thing plus cinnamon stick cost $23 & and change.???

This mazzio’s in duncan is the worst restaurant i’ve ever been to. The pizzas they gave us were completely messes up pizzas and when we took them back and asked for our money back they told us they couldn’t because we probably messed them up in the car. If i’m going to pay 30 for two pizzas i’m not going to destroy them, but they better be damn good pizzas and for them to be completely destroyed is embarrassing. They have horrible customer service and I would suggest save your money!

Went for the buffet the pizza it was cold and old worse than frozen. The floor was dirty along with the restroom imagine what the kitchen looked like. When I was leaving I walked in on a employee in the restroom he zipped up and and left without washing his hands.
