DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! DOUBLE CHARGED, ORDER INCORRECT, AND CAN NOT EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE OR UNDERSTAND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE TO PROPERLY ASSIST CUSTOMERS DO BETTER! WON’T BE RETURNING. Customer service Associates Need Training on register and Associate duties. Manager needs to do a better job training employees instead of just throwing them on a register

The chicken is amazing, not soggy or dried out. It’s way better than Albertsons or Smith’s fried chicken. I like the seasoning that taste like garlic. They make it fresh every 15 minutes. More expensive than the grocery stores but well worth it. Also employees were very nice an helpful. Highly recommend this place for a quick dinner pick up or for an outting at the park.

Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve one star. Went to this gas station pit stop chicken place for the second time. My first experience was okay so I decided to give them another try even though the chicken was a bit salty. When I arrive the staff was extremely rude and ignored me standing there waiting to order. I told the lady I wanted and 8 piece mix and she said it would be 20 minutes. And she said it in a manner as to imply for me to leave. After she had taken the order of the two men in front of me who ordered 25 thighs and I watch as they packages their order she walked off. Eventually a young boy man came up and asked me for my order. I asked for 8 piece dark with only legs and was told no. Then I said can I order an 8 piece mixed with no thighs and I was told no that I could order 8 legs for 2.81 a piece as if I didn’t have money. At this point, you couldn’t pay me to eat here. I was so offended and left and went to Popeyes. Don’t waste your time on this gas station chicken because you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra to get chicken from a real restaurant.

I couldn’t leave without getting some chicken. It smelled so good. Tasted good too. This spot is located inside the convenience store.

Omg the chicken was amazing, and the honey biscuits delish. The chicken is golden brown and crunchy with a hint of Cajun spices, the biscuits soft, and they add honey on top, making it super delicious.

I came here to grab some fried chicken and wedges from Krispy Krunchy. I went late morning early afternoon, and I assumed since I went so early I would be getting fresh food. I live not too far so my drive home was short. I pulled in my driveway, tasted one of the wedges and it literally was hard and tasted rotten, the smell was even worse. When the smell caught my nose before I took a bite I had no idea it was coming from the wedges, I thought it was coming from outside. I figured I’d toss them in the trash and try to enjoy the chicken. Keep in mind I’m still in my driveway. I bit a piece of chicken and it tasted like it had been cooked really old and used oil. I immediately drove back to the store to let them know something is wrong with the food and they may want to check the other food they have. There was a short disgruntled old Asian lady behind the counter who had the nerve to tell me I there is nothing wrong with food and that I am the only one who has ever complained. I told her I’m not complaining but rather informing her something is wrong with the food. I told I had eaten here before and didn’t have a problem, she says, “I know, and that’s why I know you’re lying”. Why would I lie about $8 worth of food??? I honestly didn’t care about getting my money back. I just wanted fresh food, but after she insulted me I insisted on getting a refund. Honestly I couldn’t argue with her because I was in shock and disbelief at how she spoke to me. The gentlemen behind the counter was kind and told me her name was Cathy when I ask. After I got my refund I left, and before I could turn into my driveway I felt nauseous and felt my food coming back up. I thought it was in my mind but after about 20 minutes I vomiting. I was sick the entire day. I can honestly I was more concerned for other people that Cathy served that rotten to. This is my second negative encounter with Krispy Krunchy and I’ve learned a gas station is a place that is not safe to purchase a meal. All in all I will never return. It’s sad because I’ve been living in this area for 20 years, when this store was nothing but land and dirt, and it’s when people come into out community and treats our life long residents this way.

I never heard of this place before. I was in the area and googled food near me and this place came up. Im an adventurous person, its in the gaa station, we do this in the South so why not. Man!! Hot, fresh, well seasoned chicken. If you want a wing, you better be specific. The price is on point.. The potatoes are a little too think (wedge style) but overall 5 star. See you next time.

I wouldn’t call this Cajun food. The honey buscuit was dry and had no honey on it. The meal deals don’t come with sides. The chicken lacked flavor. And the red beans and rice was mediocre at best. First time here, last time here.

Food was excellent. Customer service was great. We had a big order and they started on it right away. I recommend placing a large order at least 20 min ahead. The chicken was crisp juicy and full of flavor. The biscuits were nice and flakey and topped with honey butter. I’ll be going back for some more. Tasty
