The prices are usually pretty reasonable, so you can get a filling meal without breaking the bank. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they’re happy to help you find what you’re looking for. The store is usually clean and well-maintained, so you can feel comfortable sitting down and enjoying your meal. However, I’ve found that sometimes the service can be a little slow, especially during peak hours. Overall, I highly recommend Burger King to anyone who wants a tasty and affordable meal on the go.

Pulled into drive thru, ordered 2 whopper meals that were listed as “special deal” on the menu board. NOT A COUPON, NOT ON APP BUT ON THEIR MENU BOARD THAT THEY UPDATE! Price came up as the regular price and we didn’t think it would be a big deal to pull around and just remind them that the price didn’t adjust to the sale price. They said we should have told them about the sale price before ordering! WHAT?! This should be programmed into their registers when they set up the deal. I shouldn’t have to tell you about a deal you guys put on your menu board. Never had this problem in the past with BK so I have no idea if there was a management change or what but some major training needs to happen. On top of not knowing their own specials, I was told that if I didn’t mention it next time they wouldn’t give me the special price. And multiple workers would repeat this every time they needed to interact with us… like while we were waiting for our food and then handing us our food. Each time I just got angrier because I shouldn’t have to tell you what your deals are! Whether you go in & order your food or use the drive thru it’s a wait, but they do get your order correct. The coupons they always put out saves a lot of money especially if you are feeding a family. Just learned that they only accept ONE coupon per person.
