The teenagers working at this location should be trained on have to properly cook and serve the food correctly. I’m talking about under cooked hotdogs. Putting ketchup on the deluxe burgers.Seems like everything is just made sloppy. Another time was when One of the employees came out drenched in sweat while bringing out my order. I wanted to cancel the order because seeing someone handle my food while sweating was very disgusting and ruined my appetite. So I guess the building doesn’t provide air conditioning for the employees which would explain why the employees don’t feel a need to provide decent service to the customers.I’ll pass on ordering from that location for now on

Big Sonic fan. I visit a few times a week. I haven’t been to this particular location in a while though. Half of the stalls weren’t working. It would be nice if they would put a cone or something in the parking spot so I wouldn’t have to pull in and back out several times before finding a working stall. The carhop was not friendly at all. She handed me my stuff and walked away and didn’t say a word. Food and drinks were as good as always though.

An odd experience. We placed our drink order on the mobile app, confirmed twice that we had a mobile order for only a RT. 44 Dr. Pepper, and the sweet young lady tried to hand us a bag. She asked a third time what we ordered, and when she handed us the drink she didn’t seem to be certain what it was. Syrup to CO2 mixture was way off – we assumed the CO2 needed replacing. We’ll try again another day.

To be fair, the day I went they were operating without any working screens. Sort of like old-school Sonic where you couldn’t confirm the order. Lots of “out of order” papers taped at the stalls that looked like they’d been there a few days… but they were making do, still fast, still food was hot. Just use cash, tip your server, and be kind: they’re not responsible for broken equipment.
