Marco’s Pizza is one big step above all the other pizza franchises. They use premium ingredients. Everything very fresh. Soft fluffy crust with a nice crisp to the top. Good quality sauce and the staff was friendly. Yes they are a bit more expensive than other places but you really get what you pay for.

Haven’t had a Marcos pizza since I moved to Illinois 7 years ago. The delivery was super fast. Pizza was still very hot. Cheese bread and the pizza were very good. Marcos always had a great crust, light and airy. The only negative I feel is that when delivering to a hotel, include a few paper plates and napkins.

I purchase 2 pizzas a month and spend around 30 dollars of my disposable income on Marcos until today. I requested a few parmesan cheese packets to sprinkle on my pie and found out they are charging me for condiments. What next… cash for salt, pepper and napkins. No more!! There are about 15 crumbs in one of those packets. I will take my hard earned dollars elsewhere. Ive faithfully been a regular customer here for years and a lifetime resident of Sylvania however l will find me a new pizza place that doesn’t charge for normal condiments. Ridiculous!!

1st Time trying this location. As we all should know, all Marcos are not created equally lol. The staff was friendly, pizza was made sooner than expected and it was one of the best Marco’s Pizza’s I’ve had in awhile. Normally, the store on Lagrange is my favorite but their customer service needs work so this will be my new “Go to”. Thanks team!

We are always pleased by Marco’s on Monroe St. in Downtown Sylvania. We have eaten takeout from this location for nearly 30 years and have never been disappointed. Local owner Gino, has carried on the traditions set by founder Pat Giammarco. Gino’s regular presence demonstrates his commitment to customers and quality. His staff is equally engaged.
