Called to order a pizza from papa John’s as I’ve done dozens of times. I was told by the guy that answered the phone that he was “ too busy to take my order”. Tonight’s workers were so busy and yet they took the time to make sure I was well taken care of…. they kept apologizing for my wait time although they honestly didn’t even make me wait very long…. all of the drivers and staff were buzzing around and happy and doing their job very well!!! I would give this staff 10 stars any day!!!! Im so thankful for their kindness and I hope they know how valued they are!!!

The General Manager Robert has as much enthusiasm as anyone I have ever been in contact with. I had placed an order online and somehow I managed to place my order without cheese on the pizza. They rushed another pizza to me with no questions.

Disappointed in Papa John’s Lenoir City. App stated free Oreo bites, didn’t receive them and the local store was absolutely no help at all! Would not help but would only tell me to call their corporate number. Why should I call another number when they can give the proper customer service within the local site? Ended up calling and canceling order and they weren’t even sympathetic of the situation and even gave an attitude by interrupting me in mid conversation. Will never order from this store again. Completely a waste of time. Don’t waste your time with them. Order pizza elsewhere.

NY STYLE with extra cheese plus jalapeño and pepperoni and sausage was excellent! It’s that sweet foldable crust and I added pepperoni sausage and jalapeño. The sausage wasn’t Italian so be specific if you want that.

I give one star for atmosphere bc as far as I know, this one is take out only. I’m giving 4 stars on the food. I mean c’mon,fast food !? BUT I’m about to make up for it right here. They make a philly cheese steak pizza and no matter what you do, I’m serious now when I say, DO NOT put it on top of your head bc b4 you have time to remove it even, your tongue might beat your brains out trying to get up there ! Seriously of you like cheese steak sammiches, try this right away !
