I came yesterday night and boy i tell you the service was rude. The manager (big white lady in blue shirt w/ blonde hair) was very rude. At first it was one of the regular employees (light-skinned young boy with short curly hair). They both acted like someone had pissed in their cereal. I ordered extra ranch and i told them that they didn’t give it to me and i was rung up for it. So the boy was like “you only get two ranches per nugget” and i said “well it’s only three in here and plus i asked for extra ranch” so then he walked away from the window and the manager came and she said the same thing as him so i told her exactly what i said to him and then she proceeded to give me sauce but they had holes poked in all of them!! i was so mad and i told her that they had holes on them and she got mad but gave me the sauces! I got doughey french toast and a not so pleasant attitude from the “manager”. The cashiers were friendly but the manager seemed miserable and like she didn’t want to do her job. I was asking for a refund for the food that i got and her reply was “ well what was it like a dollar” which seemed very inconsiderate. the only solutions presented to me was to receive more food from the place who just served me inedible food. i understand it’s a corporate policy, but to be rude about it is uncalled for. especially when i was asking very simple questions. Also the “manager” took the food and threw it away so i couldn’t submit photos of it.

We went there at 12:20 and they ignored us and didn’t answer I even honked my horn because the drive thur had a plastic bag over it. What happen to customer service. Totally disappointing.

This location is close to home. Friendly, fast, and the whopper junior, with the frozen coke is always my go to when I’m hungry on the go and I have a taste for that flame broiled burger with that combination of tomato, onion, and ketchup. The staff at the drive thru are always friendly and courteous saying thank you and you’re welcome everytime and come back to see us. And of course I do.

Not going to say it was my worst experience but I definitely wasn’t happy. So I go inside and place my order because I couldn’t thru the app. 3 folks ahead of me and Abt 4 behind. As I’m waiting on my food the people behind me has got their food and gone. Walk up to the counter and advise the girl that my number wasn’t called. She was like I don’t see it order on my screen. So I was like it’s obvious u bump it off(I have years of experience working for burger king) she replied I did no such thing. So instead of her recalling my order on the bump bar she was like u got it receipt. So as I’m looking she finally recalls my order but she proceed to continue bagging another number that pop on screen. She bags it and hand it to me no napkins, no asking if I need any ketchup anything. So when I get home 2 mins my food is of course not hot I only had 2 sandwich. The the sandwich is not a mess see picture. The bun don’t even cover the meat. I know this is not how burger suppose to treat their customers and I know that’s not how they train their employee mayb she was overwhelmed but I was not happy

I just went through the drive thru they gave me the wrong order I went inside got my order however what bothered me is they gave the customer who ordered what they gave me incorrectly instead of making her a new order they gave her the one they gave me that o touched and was in my car if that’s the kind of unclean service you all give I will never be back
