It seems too many employees are doing nothing but running into each other. And you would think with more employees service would be better and faster but it’s actually not. It seems longer to wait inside & drive thru. And that tip thing that pops on the card machine really erks me. It almost feels like I’m obligated to give a tip. Get rid of that.

Extremely busy, and the staff does the best they can with the insane work load. Today was my first negative experience (red cup day) and I knew they were slammed. I believe their equipment became cross contaminated, because I ordered an iced latee and had a severe allergic reaction. The allergy I have is not an ingredient in the drink I ordered. Just be overly cautious if you have an allergy that they have in the store. Never thought of bringing this up since I didn’t think there was a risk of the allergen touching the drinks I order.
