It’s slow. I called for a pick up on a normal day (non rush hour) and the gentleman said it would be 15 min. I got there around that time and waited in the store for about 45min. I almost cancelled my order but it finally came. I love wingstop but this franchise needs to kick it into gear.

Ordered 50 wings , they were under cooked. On my recipt it states extra cooking time. 2nd time its happened at this location. When i complained, they expected me to drive back at 6pm on friday from mountain house. I asked for discount back to my credit card, they stated they can only recook it, and i would have to return wings today, not tommorow. Terrible service. Had to throw the wings in the air fryer.

Ordered a 10pc traditional wings with a large seasoned fries and a 20oz drink… pick up time said 25-30 minutes. Order said it was complete at 5:19 and I arrived at 5:22 — I walked in, 3 people in the back cooking just looked at me, while 2 others are scrubbing the walls in the dining area.. not a single person greated me. I said I’m here to pick up an order. Told the guy my name, he didn’t speak English or understand it. He had me read the ticket to see if it was my order or not, then I waited them a moment thinking he’d give me my cup for my drink & I told him my order had a drink… he looked at me and spoke to a person cleaning the walls and had to have him come and ask what I needed and I told them. I got to my car and checked the order to make sure it was correct and let me just say I am frustrated and annoyed that my food was COLD, SOGGY UNSEASONED FRIES & OVERCOOKED, HARD TO EAT DRY TRADITIONAL WINGS I could’ve gone back inside and made it an issue but their service already sucked. The guy didn’t speak English. I didn’t feel like waiting another 25/30 minutes for my food as I had placed another mobile order somewhere else for my childrens food.
