I usually love this particular Marcos but the Quality of the pizza has been on a huge decline these past several months. Today,June 4th, I received a pizza saturated in grease. The dang on pepperoni cups had shots of grease in them. Also I order chicken and it only came with ONE half-piece of chicken on each slice and some slices had no chicken (like come on bro be serious). I never had these problems before with this location. Relearn how bake a pizza or something. Im disgruntled that your pie’s are starting to be below mediocre. DO BETTER!!!

We typically order from this particular location almost every single Sunday and have done so since they first opened. The service has always been pretty good but the service and quality of food has been excellent the past few months. We typically order when Gabe is on duty and he always remembers our order and makes sure our pizzas are cooked perfectly! It’s nice having a regular spot that is always consistent when it comes to quality. When I’m picking up and I see him behind the counter, I never have to guess whether it will be right or not. Five stars for Gabe and this location!

One time I used cash to get my pizza, the cashier and their staff who cooked my pizza was the same person. So when the staff touched the cash she went to go help make pizza and I saw that she wasn’t wearing gloves and didn’t wash her hands after touching the cash. Then she said that it would take 20 minutes, but I waited 40 minutes while i was waiting while other people got their pizzas. Then the staff came up to me and asked me my name and my order again. This is just what I experienced.

We are long time Marcos customers and every other location is always more than happy to accommodate our special requests. In fact this very location has accommodated our request in the past. However today when I went to order my regular order the GM Jeremy told me he was happy to loose a customer instead of putting pineapple in my calzone. And said he would look into whoever had honored my request in the past to punish them. Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. This person should never be the GM much less an entry level customer service associate. Will be contacting corporate as Jeremy instructed me to do when he happily agreed to never have our family order from Marco’s.
