DO NOT GO HERE. These reviews are fake. Very disrespectful and rude. No compassion for the homeless people that were in there trying to charge phone and eat. It was heartbreaking. They NEED NEW WORKERS even the manager who was light skin with locs was so petty and rude. How did she get that job? My food was cold and I was disrespected by the Mexican lady at the register for asking for a new batch of food. She yelled at some man for charging his phone in the restaurant and staying in there. Asked for my cup of ice and drink separately and they didn’t care they did it how they wanted to. All of these people hate their jobs and you can tell.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Issues every time we come and after the last time will not be back. Employees argued with us and refused a refund when we did not receive our food while the manager just stood there and watched. Corporate and management were also useless in getting this resolved. Go to the one on Nursery Rd, the service is 100x better

The line was wrapped around the corner because only one line was open. I haven’t been to McDonald’s in a while but it was late and we were hungry. My order was wrong. I ordered chicken nuggets they were cold. We ask for replacements and they were cold too. I ordered a mc flurry and received a frappe. It was crazy. The drive-thru lady was angry with us because the food was cold.

I usually only go to McDonald’s for the kiddos. I personally do not eat McDonald’s just not for me other than that I have heard they have great food. I do like their sweet tea occasionally. As far as locations depends on the employees and their kindness, drive through is very busy but Moose in a fast pace!!!
