Tonight on my 30 min break at 8:27 pm I ordered in my mobile app. I just went there 10 minutes later and they told me that was closed. In their information appears that they supposed to close at 11pm. I decided to call and the person told me that they was short of staff. So I asked him if it is possible to going the next day because I paid for the food and he told me that I need to asking for a refund in the mobile App. Again I told him that is not fair because in their website said that they supposed to close at 11 and the person just hang up the phone. I never be disrespectful with him and I think that is so rude.

I just came from this Burger King in sunset point. I waited 15 minutes on the car lane, and when it was my turn, the person on the intercom told me that they where closed by lack of staff. I told him that i have been waiting 15 minutes, if he can just serve me as he did to the people in front of me, and he proceed to repeat the same thing. Now this happen exactly at 7:35pm Sunday 8/20/2023. On my way back home, i remember that my older son, told me the same thing happen to him a month ago. I hope the corporation check this people as i will complaint to them. There are cameras, so they won’t be able to lie about the specific time they stop working while still being on the clock and getting paid.

Stop there often. One morning was drove in by rain to be greeted by “be glad when I leave here, people getting on my nerves”. I ordered and was promptly given the bum’s rush, while it was still raining. Leeesy is a straight up B. If she doesn’t like her job, she should go elsewhere. I felt so unwelcomed I ordered another coffee next door at Dunkin and waited out the rain in peace.
