I went there a year ago and ordered breakfast but now they no longer have breakfast. The lunch was good though. They have a fancy serving robot which is cool. And an app to download on the website. The bathroom was clean and we’ll be stocked except for the trashcan. Food was good for the place. It’s average but solid good diner food. I will definitely come back again.

Highly recommend. We used Highway 55 for my dads 70th birthday. Came with all the fixings and was an incredible hit with the guests. From dine in to catering I’ll be using them again!

Cute little diner with really good hamburgers. Service was fast and the food came up quick. It was very affordable. I got the Andy – which was the larger of the two hamburger choices, fries, and a cherry shake. It was all yummy. It got super busy at 12:00 noon – so you may want to avoid being there right then.

The Apex location has always been reliable for us, we can trust we’ll get great food, good prices, and friendly, efficient service. We’ve always been fans of their Burgers, Cheesesteaks, Onion Rings, and Shakes. But my favorite is the Shrimp Po Boy! Give it a try.

Amazing food and service!!!! We drove an hour and it was well worth the drive. Upon walking in, we were greeted and felt very welcomed. Our server was very sweet and polite. The burgers were amazinggggg, like one of the best I have had. The garden salad was very fresh and delicious. The fries and tots were also great. Excellent, keep up the great work guys!

I was disappointed in the lack of cleaning and Covid prevention. The tables are very close together, the staff wore masks with their nose uncovered, and the place needs cleaning from top to bottom.

Stopped in last night at around 7 to get some grub for the kiddos and ourselves. They’re suffering from a lack of staff like many other restaurants and have a notice up to that effect. I’m guessing our server was relatively new as he hesitated several times before coming over with menus. In the end the food service was a tiny bit slower than average, but not terrible. The food itself was well prepared and hit the spot.

Can’t rate the food, we never got.We went there on a Saturday and granted they are short staffed and I understand that, but we were there for an hour waiting for our food. I ask them how much longer was it going to be and he replied that it was going to be a little longer after they had served 2 or 3 people that came in AFTER us. We told them to forget it we left. They had lost our order. When I had ask them how much longer the staff in the kitchen were looking around for our order. So yea it was not a good experience. We love Highway 55, but you guys need to get pay attention to what you’re doing.
