The Happ Inn is an absolute favorite on the North Shore, without a doubt. Its convenient location right off the Edens is a plus. I’ve never had a disappointing meal there, which speaks volumes. The comfortable noise levels make it a perfect spot to catch up with friends without needing to raise your voice. The Happ Inn is a thoughtfully designed and well-executed establishment.

We got their takeout food and we’re pretty happy with what we ordered. Personally I wished for a bit more seasoning on the food to get this a full 5 stars but the food in general was pretty great. The food we orders definitely felt healthy with trying the cauliflower and the onion tomatoes and bell peppers with it.

Had to ask three times for a sprite. And ordered the Cuban pressed sandwich with no pickles. Sandwich arrived with pickles. So I respectfully asked for it to be returned as I can’t stand pickles. Only to have the sandwich returned to me 1 minute later… sans pickles, the same sandwich. I could have done that. Still makes the sandwich taste like pickles. So I had it removed from the bill. My first experience there. Sadly my last. My wife’s Sandwich was fantastic the turkey was very nice. But service was seriously lacking.

Came here for thr first time and while the decor and ambiance is great the service was horrible. We were seated quickly but it tool another 15 to 20 minutes until a server came to acknowledge us and get us situated. I would understand if the location was busy but there was only 1 other customer in a booth and I must have seen at least 10 other restaurant employees going back and forth. Overall if your hungry the food will hit the spot but be prepared for horrible service in the process.

Great location to take the family and grandparents for an early dinner, or late lunch on a Sunday. The crowd was older at this time than what I remember, but I’m assuming it was the perfect time to bring the family. The meal was wonderful as usual, and the wait staff top notch. It was nice to see as many people as I did, hopefully the restaurant business is bouncing back.

Great atmosphere, and a wide dining selection. Had the special of the day, a steak sandwich on pita that was really good. It came with fried zucchini as the side. Unusual but quite delicious. Nice change from the ordinary French fries.

My burger and sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked and delicious. We had a wonderful waitress who tried so hard to please us-went out of her way. I love this place-consistently good food. Adore the manager, so friendly (not related )

Excellent service while on Father’s Day outdoor dining on the restaurant porch. I use a walker, but wheelchairs would also easily be accommodated. Vegetarian food available. Very pleasant dining with good food.
