I had a simple combo plate of a crispy beef taco, chicken enchilada, beans and rice. The taco was actually pretty good, better than most of the Mexican places I’ve been to. The beans/rice were standard but the enchilada was just ok. It’s just meat rolled up in a tortilla with some watery sauce poured over. It definitely could use some work. The chips were just ok too. They have some other interesting sounding dishes on the menu but most were too grippy for me.

We loved the dip and the staff. The food came out hot and fresh. I tried their new lighter options and wasn’t a fan. It was large chunks of guerilla peppers and it covered the plate. The salmon was cooked beautifully but the salad was dry and not enough sauce.

Best margaritas I’ve ever tasted! The food is exceptional and the service is top notch! A lot of restaurants are suffering right now because of low staffing issues but you’ll never feel slighted at this restaurant. They are attentive and very accommodating to their guests. The food arrives promptly and I love their homemade salsa and guacamole! My waiter brought me an amazing dessert and even sang happy birthday to me! I have been to this restaurant several times with friends and family and I have been pleased every single time! I prefer to dine outside on the patio so I hope they have portable heaters for the chilly Fall nights! My favorite margarita is the one with the corona on top! My advice is get a driver and remember to drink responsibly! This one is very strong! My only complaint is the fact that they don’t have Birria tacos! Nonetheless, Santo Coyote will definitely be my go to place for a long time! We had the ABSOLUTE best waiter ever!!! Thank you Santo Coyote for helping me celebrate my birthday!!! I’m so glad I chose your restaurant to go to for my special day!!!

I got the Cream of Pablano soup, and the World Famous chorizo dip, and since it was my birthday, free Flan. It was all delivered by a singing cat robot, which made the experience modern and entertaining. Pre-dinner was fantastic salsa and chips. The raw peppers are super edible, delicious, and mild.

The food was decent but the staff was TERRIBLE. We waited a really long time before someone finally took our order. The restaurant wasn’t even busy… the staff were just standing around chatting and clearly avoiding our table. Then we all ran out of drinks by the time the food finally made it to our table and then the waitress disappeared… again. We never got drink refills even after asking… we definitely won’t be back, and the other couple that was eating a few tables over said they wouldn’t either!
