I went twice this week and I ordered a whopper jr with just bacon and cheese. Both times they but everything on my burger. The fries were cold. On the drive through there was a paper that said carrol corporation idk what it is but it might help.

The food was cold, the burger patty had a horrible texture, the fries tasted like old grease, and they were out of almost all of the drinks. No one seemed to be putting in much effort to either prepare the food or make sure that the restaurant was clean. My wife said the women’s restroom was filthy and out of everything. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to McDonald’s. I’ve never been there, but it can’t be as bad as this Burger King was.

Drove by today around 8:30 on our way to Ohio and 2 cars were in the drive through. Drove up to the intercom and stood there for nearly 10 mins. No reply no response nothing at all. Watched the 2 cars ahead of us come and go but they literally ignored us until we left and ended up going across the street to McDonalds to which there service was stellar.

I ordered a Sourdough King and was given a burger that had a single patty, no bacon, one piece of sourdough, and one burnt bottom regular bun. I really don’t know what kind of argument you can’t have for this. Honestly even if your cook was high, a stoner would look at this as an abomination. I mean this is just sad. BTW I was of course charged full price and not told of any issues with my order.

I was so excited that you had the Italian chicken sandwich back. When I got home it was inedible. Looks like it had been sitting there for several hours, so I attempted to eat at least part of it and it was so hard it was impossible.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order & when they did were out of fries for combo meal & then before I got my Whopper Jr. the guy that came in after I was able to order got his food served before mine. Not good service or “fast” food.
