Rude. Ordered a “Blizzard Cake” on the app. When I arrived, they gave me a cake that looked nothing like what was pictured on the app. Sure, that’s not the employees’ faults, but the way they handled it was very rude. Multiple employees, including what must have been the shift manager, kept saying “I don’t understand what you’re problem is” lol. “It’s just a different color.” (Btw that was not the only difference—it looked like a completely different cake).

What are taking was fast and seeming to be efficient. However, the transition to delivery of food was messed up. Somebody left to go off shift and nobody picked up on the follow-up. The manager figured out what what was going on after about 45 min. He refixed the meal and comped it to us. He promised it wouldn’t happen again, and invited us back. I will definitely give him another chance.

Had rotisserie chicken bites. Very hot and fresh. White gravy to dip them was hot and delicious. We ate in the car because we had our furbaby with us whom I shared mine with after they cooled off. She loved them. You should have seen her licking her lips. She gives DQ the canine seal of approval!
