I like this Dunkin’ Donuts because they also have a Baskin Robbins inside so the way I look at it you get the best of both some donuts and ice cream and they have a large selection of both donuts and ice cream. This is the fourth time that I’ve ordered before going to work with my cup half full if not less the rest of it is nothing but foam when I told them no ice no foam. I feel like the dayshift does a lot better than the morning shift. They do everything half fast. I did not spend six dollars for nothing on a drink and wait in line for 15 minutes.

Since this Dunkin’ has been under new management it has been pretty darn good. The folks who work there are young and don’t have much experience, but they are generally nice and attentive. I like to get the Midnight coffee and my wife gets one of the green tea drinks. Coffee has been fresh and tasty every time. My wife likes the tea. They give me a good deal on refilling my own Dunkin’ cup.

These employees do not care about their jobs or customer service. I live next door; since they’ve opened, slowest DD I’ve ever been to. I walk in today, in the sole person. It took 5 minutes for an acknowledgement & one fit who looks like a manager was on his phone. In looking him dead in the face like is he going to look up & see a customer? Nope. The girl who took the orders with the multi colored hair saw me come in, no hello or nothing. Whoever this new management is, you’re failing just like the previous. The reviews on here are accurate.

Probably the worst dunkin around. The workers are incredibly inexperienced. I noticed that the woman working the window was trying to hand my sandwich to the two cars in front of me which they both said wasn’t there’s. Finally when I got up, they gave it to me. It was cold and didn’t even look appetizing.

I went through the drive thru this morning and waited in line for a good 20 minutes. First time at this location and it was good other than the wait. I ordered two coffees, donut holes, two wraps, and a croissant sandwich. I meant to order a cold brew with foam and I ordered a cold brew so when I got up to the drive thru window it didn’t have foam. I asked the young girl if I had ordered it with foam and she said no, so that was my fault but she said she could add it to my drink and she did! That was nice of her to do and it didn’t take her long to do.

If I could give this place zero stars I would give it zero stars. I did an online order showed up to the store heard one of the girls in the back complaining about the orders said don’t worry about mobile orders focus on the drive-through, I waited patiently went to the cashier, asked if I could get a refund and they were very rude answering my question. Basically, my order wasn’t going to get done because the girl in the back was having a bad day. I go back to get a name so that I can talk to the manager, and all of them completely ignored me.

First time back here since it’s been under new management, and I ordered 10 donut holes and a tub of cookiedough ice cream. Granted, it was like 8 a.m., when I ordered, so they did not have that ice cream pre packed, but they took the time to make it for me anyway! I was very grateful, I had been having a shity month!. Everyone I interacted with was very polite and helpful. I’ll be going back soon

Every time I stop at this location I try to place my order which is very difficult to do with two people on the intercom trying to force me to buy what they think I would like! I always feel rushed here, and although I am in the area daily I pass this location to either go to Dutch Bros or black rock. Hopefully they can figure out how to serve their customers better.
