I’m not huge on leaving bad reviews but I was very taken back by the experience we had last night. We made an order online.we paid online. It went through our bank account twice. But when we got to the store they said no payment was made. I showed them our account where it actually came out twice and the manager said there was nothing she could do. I told her since they took it out twice we no longer had the amount needed for the order. I told her I had 40 in cash and asked if she could Comp the rest ($19) seeing as how it is a weekend and no way to resolve the issue until beginning of week when the banks reopen (And it wasn’t our fault! She could clearly see it came out on our end! TWICE!) She could not do that because of making labor too high and what not. I told her i was just trying to feed my family and she continued to deny that she was able to Comp anything as it was not their error and they have nothing to do with the online billing. I just wish she would have been more considerate especially seeing there was nothing we could do. We wanted to pay for our meal. And at this point now we have paid for it 3 times!!! Managers name was Christine. Happend on 8/5/2023 at approximately 8:05 p.m.

Amazing food, very friendly service and super fast delivery. We are already planning our next Pizza Hut night, I called our local Pizza Hut to thank all the employees, spread kindness, I hope more do, I too work in a field where so many are quick to complain and not many take the time to be thankful and say kind words. Kindness makes such a difference.

Absolutely Amazing Service and People! It is 12:57 on 6/8 and the waitress is top notch and also a wing was dropped by accident and they handed me another basket with a couple extras. The cook brought them! And he is just as nice as the waitress! I’ll come back here for sure. Thank you guys for your amazing hospitality.

I don’t like leaving a negative review but this twice now and a period of 3 months. I have had bad experiences with this Pizza Hut, first time was around 7pm at I did get my pizza till 10pm, and when I got the hole pizza was all folded up in the corner of the box. Did call told them happen I get sorry about that it. Fine I get you was busy I let it go, I ordered a pizza last night on 3/1/23 at 4:13pm 5:30pm I get a notification that’s it been delivered, but I been sitting at my door and nobody delivered it, I called in the lady told they had 3 deliveries out and it would be there wait another 30 mins nothing as I was about call back my neighbor walks up with a pizza says the pizza guy dropped us off on the doorstep and left. 5 house down the road. WOW I am not ordering from this store anymore. Your prices are great and the food is good but it’s not worth the headache.

I have never left a negative review on any business. My family and I went to the local Hut planning to dine in and have a little nostalgic experience. We ordered wings, 2 large pizzas, and a personal pan. About 20 minutes in our wings came out. Which was fine, and the server told us our order was almost done. We waited another 30 minutes still nothing. When I went up to see what was taking so long found out ours were boxed like take out. The server apologized and when I asked about the personal pan she had to walk back and then told me they just put it in. I then just settled the bill and took the two pizzas home. One pizza was good like it should be the other was supposed to be a supreme and they just took what it looked like was a return sausage and pepperoni pizza and threw raw vegetables on it after it was boxed. My fault should have opened it before I left the store. Not very happy. Will not return.
