I ordered a pizza tonight and without a doubt it was the worst pizza I have ever purchased. It was almost burned and so crisp it was inedible. There was very little cheese and sauce. Send your help to Casey’s in Wyoming to learn how to make great pizza.

Been a customer to Forest Lake, MN for so many years, never complain even though sometimes I get missing items or wrong stuff didn’t bother to call them back but this time was something I could fix or let it pass they delivery a wrong order… a cold pizza full of BBQ sauce on top!!! I didn’t order that especially with my picky eater kids, but for some reason in their end looks like I did. The manager was so rude didn’t want to work things out, her name was “Kelly or Kaylee” I even offered to drive back to the store and return the whole pizza for a normal pepperoni one, she said NO! This pizza was the dinner for my kids! She offered to deliver a new one, but I have to pay for it. I was so upset I explained to her that there’s no way I could miss this detail than she told me that next time to check my order 1,2 &3 times before summit it. I told her that maybe someone changes my order in her end and she got so mad about it and hung up on me. People think they can offend anyone and not get a response

This is my default go to for delivery pizza. While Dominos is not my favorite pizza, the price and service make up for it. Pizza was good tonight(tony made it) and Delivery was good, it was soon discovered the 2 liter of cola was forgotten. It was within minutes the driver(Jeremy) contacted me and had it delivered soon after. I don’t blame anyone for this as I believe it was an honest mistake, but I do give lots of credit for going above and beyond to fix. I will continue ordering on a somewhat regular basis. I do recommend.

We order from Domino’s all the time but this last time was a bit of a bummer. If I ever do carryout they never give our sauce cups. Like I order those parmesan bread bites, but get no sauce? Come on now. Do better. I shouldn’t need to open my boxes at the front counter to make sure I got everything I ordered. Also, take the time to cut the pizza. Last time ours wasn’t even cut. The decision to remove 2 wings from the standard order size was not a good choice. It used to come with 8 and now comes with 6 for the same price. Come on now, don’t play like that.
