This is the third time I’ve been to this place in less than a month and they’ve messed up or missed items on an order when it was dead slow. Apparently this is two large orders of fries. There are less in each pack than a small. It’s infuriating.

Absolutely horrible service tonight. We were the only people in there, no one was at the registers so after waiting a couple mins we placed an order in the kiosk. 1 meal, 1 kids meal, 1 mc flurry. After probably 15 to 20 mins (still no one else came in) one of the employees finally made I contact with us and it was just a hand us our food. Had to ask for the cup to get soda, would’ve been nice to have that while we were waiting. I had to say excuse me at least four times before an employee finally acknowledged me, I let her know that there had been a McFlurry on the order as well and she gestured the other employee was making it but when I glanced over the other employee was not doing probably about six more times I said excuse me before I finally yelled hey quite loudly, finally they both acknowledged me and one of them started yelling at me telling me I didn’t need to raise my voice. I let her know that I had it said excuse me over half a dozen times before anyone even looked at me I had no choice but to yell so someone could hear. The employee that was yelling at me finally made my McFlurry by putting ice cream in a cup dumping the toppings and handing it to me with quite an attitude. It is mind-blowing how slow the service was, no one wants greeted us or said anything until I asked for the McFlurry, and there was not a single person in there that ordered food and over half hour we spent there waiting and eating.

Thank you for quickly refunding my money from an app mistake. The app suggested this location as the location I was at, when I was not at this location. (I even verified the address with the employees at the other mcdonalds before placing the order.) I assume the manager must somehow mark when orders aren’t fulfilled because thankfully I got a refund within a few hours. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I was ready to delete the app when I couldn’t reach anyone to cancel the charge. I very much appreciate that you made it hassle-free.

I don’t know why but this place always smell bad, like burnt meat. The bathrooms are never clean and they close their lobby in the middle of diner time. Also what’s the point of building two drive through speakers if you always have one closed.

I place a table order table 111, I have been waiting patiently for my food to arrive in 2to 5minutes according to the app where I ordered and paid for the order. Around 8am. I walked to the counter inquiring about my order and the manager Delores proceeds to yell at me saying I called your order. I said “it’s table service” she continued with her anger towards me saying we don’t do table service here. I apologized and said it’s offered in your app. She says verbatim I told you we don’t do table service. I asked how long was my food here waiting she response with what do you want now. I want my food hot she grabs the bag and tosses it and puts more food in another bag and hands it to me. I then answered with my apologies my mind reading skills isn’t working. She is one rude individual. I didn’t deserve to be treated that way nor did I need it. I will never come back.

This McDonald’s location single handedly keeps Burger King in business. It’s refreshing to see the charity McDonald’s leadership has in making sure atleast one location provides a horrible experience to run customers to their competitors doorstep. I suspect if Guiness only knew about this place there are records waiting to be broken. From “Most wrong orders given out,” “Slowest Service,” “Longest Teeth Suck,” “Most Eye Rolls per Customer,” “Most Unsatisfied Customers in an Hour.” At each table you hear the same phrase whispered, “I didnt order that.” Most of the drive thru customers end up walking in to correct an order. While this is fast food, the food served at this location has the essence of “seconds” for it seems as if it has been waiting for your arrival for some time. Long after you leave this location one question sticks in your mind. Was that McDonalds?
