I generally like mountain mikes. At least I like their pizza. Seems like staffing is an issue for both local restaurants though. One seems super understaffed all the time and this one had a guy at the register that seemed super impatient and grumpy. This recent visit they also overcooked the pizza. The crust on one side in particular was pretty burnt for some reason. This location had more than just the one guy working there though and some of the other staff working in the back looked happier.

Last nite, stopped by to grab a quick bite. I had a chance to try their dinner buffet and salad bar. Everybody was nice and was attentive.Soda dispenser was low and when we asked for them to replace it, they did it immediately.
