We ordered our usual for the millionth time, carryout, because we love Papa John’s pizza. Get home and find the worst pizza we’ve ever received. Tons of bubbles, to the point an entire slice had ZERO toppings on it. The cheese pie literally looked like a child tried to cut it. Called in and politely spoke with the “manager Lou Lou” on duty who provided TERRIBLE customer service, did not even pay attention to the issues we voiced, and only said “well pizza with no sauce gets bubbles.” We had TWO very bubbley, poor quality pizzas, only ONE of which was no sauce. She suddenly hung up without even confirming if they were replacing our pizzas. We then called back and confirmed that they were in fact replacing them. Drove back, since they refused to deliver replacements, and received “prettier” pizza, but NOT exact replacements of our order. Poor service, bad quality, and consistently terribly sliced pizzas. ZERO STARS. Wish I could add the photos of this ridiculousness so you can see why to avoid this location.

Food is usually pretty good but the past 2 times I have ordered the delivery has been horrible. One was delivered by an outside company and the 2nd time was delivered by them. The second time, the food was left on the back of my husbands truck and we saw it by accident. When I called, the manager could have cared less. Not impressed with her “management” at all.

Worst customer service i ever had, i placed an order online, and when i was checking the status of my order, it showed that my order was canceled. When i called the store, a lady answered the phone, and she got my name and told me that i had to place my order again and hung up. I called again, and a manager answered the phone he told me that they didn’t deliver to my area, i told him that that was the store that i always ordered from and never had issues before, he told me if i wanted my pizza to be delivered, i had to order it through doordash or uber eats.

Amazing customer service! When the app failed to place my order, I walked in the store & Caesar, the manager & staff quickly got my large order ready in a matter of 6 minutes. Even brought them to my car! The guys at this Papa John’s know what they’re doing. That transaction was the best customer service ever.

They took customer service to another level , the manager was extremely professional and cared about his customers. ordered online and I specified that I need it to be picked up at 7:30, however , I got a msg saying that it’s being made right away so it would have been cold by the time I pick it up. So I called the store and they made sure I will get it hot and fresh at the time of pick up. And IT DID . I was fasting this day and I ate a delicious pizza . Thank you everyone who works in vandora springs in garner.

I ordered a papadilla and BBQ wings. The label on the box of wings even says BBQ. The actual wings are Buffalo, my least favorite flavor. So literally half my order was wrong.
