It makes you wonder about a place that can’t bother changing their name on Google maps, or can barely put signs out front, or even fix the place up a little bit. Why are you still answering as Dairy Queen? Is your name not 33 North??? Seems dishonest. To the management, your store really looks terrible, I see you’ve got an open sign now but you’ve got a long ways to go on your facade. The current situation is a turn-off. Maybe quit trying to pretend you’re still a dairy queen? Food that I had wasn’t bad so you’re part way there. Thanks.

This is no longer a Dairy Queen. No name was outside. It was a tradition to stop here every year before watching fireworks on the 4th in Rose City. Customer service was great, and the drive-through line moved faster than in previous years. They were out of vanilla ice cream when we arrived there at 8 pm, so we got chocolate or twist. The prices were decent and ice cream tasted ok. It just wasn’t Dairy Queen quality. Maybe it was the fudge or just in our heads because it wasn’t Dairy Queen. It wasn’t a bad experience, just kinda ok. We’ll try again next year before making any changes to our tradition.

Great after a hot day at the park! My caramel malt was mixed perfectly and everyone else liked their ice cream as well. Just had to eat it in the car since the lobby wasn’t open (in spite of google saying dine-in is available).

I had a bad experience. Me and my partner went to this establishment located in rose city mi and ordered 1 chocolate milk shake and one vanilla milk shake. My partner has peanut allergy’s and guess what he finds floating in his suppose to be only vanilla ice cream milk shake peanuts. Not just one but 5 pieces. That just grosses me out cause this proves they are not cleaning the machines after every use. I called there and told them. I didnt get a offer to come get something else or a offer for some coupons nothing!! I’ll never go there again. I’m extremely disgusted and disappointed.

I went here in July or August, and I got a blizzard and my sister did, too. At the drive thru window, we noticed the employee had chocolate ice cream on her chin! How hilarious! That’s all I have to say about this place.

Not good at all. We went with a group and waited in lines forever. Food was incorrect and so so at best. You don’t get a receipt so not sure what you actually paid for until after ice cream items are handed out and food is brought to the table. Stuff getting mixed up all over the place. Out of items. Waited 25 min for my food and fries were stone cold. No way I was gonna wait again to get new ones. Most in our group were very unhappy. Save yourself time and money, go elsewhere. We plan to next year.

We stopped here a few days ago and I refused my receipt but should have got it. Our service was fantastic! These girls are very friendly and polite! We got burgers, fish, pretzels, cheese curds, onion rings, fries, and drinks. (I manage a fast food restaurant, it was a big order.) EVERYTHING was hot and fresh! We received our order with very little wait. Wish I’d have took the receipt to give cudos to these girls by name. thanks ladies!
