Delicious! I had the California Chicken Salad, the Chess Pie and the House of Grace Iced Tea. I was in town for Quilt Week and wanted to try some local fare. It was definitely worth it. The chicken itself was some of the best tasting chicken I’ve had in a long time. I don’t know what the secret ingredient is in the iced tea, but it was very refreshing and different. I’d never had Chess Pie before. It’s very sweet but I would get it again.

Had the Chef Salad was not impressed. But it wasn’t nasty. Still love the “House of Grace Tea”. Atmosphere was pleasant. It is time to update the choice of food on the menu. I saw buffet before ordering off the menu. This restaurant is not my preference. Had a party of 3. 2 adults and 1 kid

We went to House of Grace for the first and last time today. The waitress was rude to Judith. I explained that Judith was autistic and asked her to show some compassion and be patient with her. The waitress waited until Judith went to the bathroom and came over to our table. She said that Judith was rude to her first by shaking her empty glass at her for a refill. This was not a top of the line restaurant and the food was mediocre at best. There was only 1 waitress. When I spoke to the owner on the way out I told her the woman was rude and then the waitress mouthed off at me. She said she was having a bad day. Really, and that gives you a reason to be ugly to 2 customers. Any wait staff needing a job should go here to apply so the owner can fire this woman.

The California Chicken Salad is my favorite item on the menu – also, the home-made Chicken Noodle Soup is SOOO yummy ! Has a good atmosphere & the employees/owner are very nice people. Highly recommend!
