i ordered my food from uber eats, the restaurant was exactly 8 minutes from my house, all within 24 minutes i ordered my food and it was delivered to me. They barely put any chips in the bowl and only 2 chips were left UNSOGGY. It was absolutely disgusting. The quesadilla had no sauce in it at all completely dry with barely any chicken. I ordered this exact combo from the taco bell on fort campbell yesterday and it was fully loaded like i PAID for and not soggy and it literally took LONGER to get. Y’all could’ve at least gave me my moneys worth of food. i paid $10 for my nacho bell extra everything and $6 for my quesadilla which i only ate one piece because it was disgusting. If i could rate 0 Stars i would.

This is not what I paid for. I ordered meat and cheese on everything I ordered. Instead I received 5-7 pcs of meat, cheese, and everything else that I specifically asked to not have. They confirmed my order on the screen, they took my money, and they disregarded my requests…again.

The service was good, however this isn’t the first time I’ve had a couple problems. The last time I went there, I asked for no lettuce on my soft taco and it was on the receipt that it was to have no lettuce and it had lettuce on it. This time, I ordered the steak grilled cheese burrito meal, with a hard taco no lettuce add sour cream, and then I had a Pepsi to drink and two cinnamon twists. All on the receipt. While waiting on the order, all of the employees were mixing drinks by the drink station trying different variations and then they handed me the food and I left. The bag didn’t have cinnamon twists in it, and the taco had lettuce on it. I don’t mind lettuce and I can eat it but it’s not what I ordered and items were left out. It wouldn’t be as big of a problem if this didn’t happen every. Single. Time. and if they weren’t just goofing off. We’re all human, we make mistakes, but every single time? I don’t think so. And for me to pay almost $20 for one meal, and not get certain items in the bag or the order the way I want it made, is unacceptable. The service was good from the person at the window and the person on the speaker but other than that, probably won’t be back.

Having a tomato allergy sucks especially when employees of pretty much every taco bell forgets and just puts it in every single thing I order, despite asking specifically, leave the tomatoes out. Called them and told them, was promised vouchers and food redone. They gave me my food and left the vouchers out.

The only reason I go to this location is because it’s so close to my house. I’ve had multiple bad experiences and enough time passes and I decide to give them another chance because I want a quick dinner. It never fails, they never make the menu item correctly or give you what you ordered. The shells and chips are always stale. This was my “crunch wrap supreme” Management or the owner seriously needs to step up and train these workers properly.

Disgusting x2. Went threw the drive thru around 130/2pm and all of my items were old or improperly made. My chicken quesadilla was mostly cheese and tortilla. Came back to rectify SOME of my food with the manager and she had an attitude about it and wanted to see the improperly made food (I guess because she didn’t believe it). The food we received in return was still improperly made but a bit fresher but was thrown at us with a “here just go” attitude by the manager. Pics below for proof smh. Won’t be coming here again. I’ve learned my lesson for the last time. Do not go to this place unless if you want to be disappointed time and time again. It’s about half the time I go here I don’t get what I pay for and just throw my hands up and don’t want to endure traffic to fix the mess up when i get home. Listen people they will goof off inside and mess your order up. Don’t waste your money here. I’ve never put up a bad review but this is ridiculous and people shouldn’t waste their time and money on this restaurant.

The worst Taco Bell in town. They’ve been out of Taco Bell bags for months now. Every time I go there the food is always prepared sloppy. Like somebody just threw it together, this morning they said their coffee machine wasn’t working after I placed the order. The quality overall is just bad to me. Great location being on Tiny Town road, but maybe they need someone to come down & give them more training on providing quality fast food.
