decided it was best to take my meal outside and eat it when it’s cooler in the sun than it is in a restaurant. absolutely despicable that a company would be okay with its employees working in an already hot kitchen under those conditions, and it’s ridiculous to assume any customer would want to sit and eat their hot food in a 90 degree building. i’ll take my food to the car thank you. or better yet, i’ll drive across the street to a business that actually has common courtesy for its customers and staff. staff was lovely and patient, and i really feel for them working their shift in such terrible conditions. pointedly the young girl with long blonde hair—i didn’t get her name—was lovely, respectful and apologetic. for the sake of employees, customers, and the future of this business, i truly hope there’s a change. absolutely awful experience.

Walked in and walked back out. Felt hotter inside than it does outside. Temp is in the 90s INSIDE. Not the first time it’s been hot in here even in normal temps. How is that sanitary if employees are sweating while prepping food?

Charged me extra for a drink on a combo when it was included. Also charge me $7.68 for my combo when the sign had $6.99 posted. When I ask about it, I was told that they can’t do anything about it. They can’t change sign or register. Saw two other customer complain out mistakes. Staff very unfriendly.

Me and my husband are here for breakfast this morning and I mentioned to the manager that I wish they served burgers during breakfast because I don’t care for breakfast food, and he said he would be happy to make me a burger. They are always so nice and very friendly service. The store is always so clean I would highly recommend them!

I’m gonna go with 3 since I know how great the food here can be. My last 2 visits are no reflection on that. Time before last my drink and curls were great. My Frisco. No so much. Paid for extra tomato; there were no. Extra mayo was decent. The burger patty ugh. It was what I was waiting on but was DRY and the edges were WAAY overdone. The bacon as always isn’t good. Cook that stuff!
