Every time I call the Saltville location and ask for a thin crust they tell me theyre out. This has been going on for months, especially if you call an hour before close. Glade Springs has no problem with thin crust so whats the deal. Was also told they were closing early one night to clean, guess what, they were open.

I went in for my lunch break and the girl working made my pizza and was really nice but the ONLY REASON I’d give a 1 star was the fact I drunk my tea and ate my food and when I went to leave was what got this. I opened my tea cup to get a refill and there is a ROACH in the ice and the cup alive moving around. I threw up over this. Had I knew this prior to me drinking the entire drink and trying to refill it I’d left and got my money back.

Food was good, but the salad bar left something to be desired. Tables were grimy, glasses has a film in them, everything in the place felt like it was old and run down. One of those places where you go for good food but you just don’t feel clean after. Needs renovations and a good cleaning. And an updated salad bar and menu. Not bad, but not great either.

I ate lunch here today and it was a delight. I ordered the $4.99 special, three pieces of pizza and a drink. The pizza was awesome. I almost regretted not getting the buffet. I didn’t want to get over full and with the buffet I would eat way too much. The pizza was much better than I expected. The real jewel of my lunch was Savannah, my waitress. She was amazing. She greeted me at the door with a smile, offered her assistance and followed through by explaining all they had to offer. Savannah came by my table several times to check on me. She was always smiling, always offering her help., bringing me refills on my drink. When I realized I did not have cell service, she even made a phone call for me. As I was leaving she ask about my visit, invited me back, then helped me get my wheelchair out both doors. Savannah is definitely an asset to pizza Plus.
