We went out to como smoke and fire today (6/13/2023) around 545pm. We ordered around 550 pm and we got our food not even 10 minutes later. They had fast service and there were booths and tables filling up. Our server was Josh and he was great. He had a great attitude and some of the best service I have personally had in a while from any restaurant. I got the smoked fried tenderloin sandwich with sweet potatoes fries and my husband got the brisket with fries and Mac and cheese. Everything was super fresh and hot. You could see the steam still coming off the Mac and cheese. Everything was very tasty and enjoyable!

Delicious food. The ribs slid off the bone with ease. THIS is authentic barbeque. Cameron was our waiter and was a pleasure to chat with. He provided good insight into what we should order and even how to reheat what we couldn’t tackle in one sitting. Greatly enjoyed my meal here. Everything was dry. Service was great! Brisket, ham, even the turkey was dry, and that’s saying something. Spent $100 to feed my family of 5 and the only one happy with their meal was the ten year old with his grilled cheese.

Saw the last review and almost went to the north location since it was just posted today, but we decided to try it out and it was great. Brisket was in fact dry tonight, but flavor was good and all the other meats in the sampler platter were excellent. And the sweet potato fries were fantastic! We’ll be back.

One of the only decent places for food in Columbia. Having tried many places here trying to find good food and failing over and over. It was nice to find this place. If you want good smoked meats and good burgers come here for sure.

Every visit to the South location has been exceptional. The service, efficiency and timeliness of the food to table and the BBQ is perfection!
