None of the workers including the manager could speak English. They knew like 2 English words. They got the whole order wrong. We asked for 6 hash browns and they gave 1, we go back in and say we only got 1 and we need 5 more and they come back with 1 more. They couldn’t understand anything. We asked for hot coffee and got iced coffee. And then they said that we were asking for free food when we were paying for the food we were missing. Those employees need to speak English and get tested with knowledge about food

Ordered plain mini bagels for my toddler and got everything mini bagels that were cold. Went back through the drive through and they did not provide a replacement for free but charged again. Love Dunkin’ in general, but was poor service. Seemed to be a language barrier too.

Same as any other Dunkin except this place has one of the worst drive thru set ups . No room in the parking lot. If your in line for the drive thru then your probably blocking someone in the parking lot from pulling out.

I went inside and was never served. They made eye contact with me, saw me but never said anything. They waited on the people sitting in their cars. After 10 minutes of this I left. Where has customer service gone? A quick sorry we are super busy can you wait would have worked but to look at me and ignore my entire presence?!

I have been in the drive through for almost 20 min. & no walk in service. You would think the drive through would be flowing quicker. (Revised) So I’m glad I was able to edit this review because after waiting all that time I get up to the window to find out this poor guy was by himself! Shame on his so called co-workers for not showing up & shame on management for letting the 1 employee that showed up work by himself on a Monday morning. My beagle was perfect & my frozen drink great..

I have never had a bad experience at this dunkin. My iced coffee is always right and the workers are very friendly. Looses a star for the location. The line wraps around the building and out into the road due to the small property.
